You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Immanuel Velikovsky. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Auntie E. 03:59, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Why was the sockpuppetry trial closed before the accused was provided any opportunity to respond? I cry foul. I made an edit without realizing I wasn't logged in. Being relatively new to Wikipedia, is the sockpuppetry thing a you hang them, then you give them a fair trial process? Any real help would be appreciated.

Decline reason:

Either you were deceptively making edits while not logged in so as to get around our policies regarding edit warring, or you simply forgot to log in after being warned (above) to stop edit warring, and continued to edit war. In either case, the block is appropriate. --jpgordon::==( o ) 19:20, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Whatishere for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Auntie E. 04:23, 24 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
