Hi! Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed your article on Paul Westgarth and I think it's a nice and interesting article and it's sad that the man has passed away.

As it happens Wikipedia has some rather strict criteria for what topics to include in the encyclopedia. From a cursory inspection it seems to me that the article may not meet those criteria.

One thing which an article has to have is verifiability. That means that people who read the article need to be able to find other sources which confirm the information in the article. If you can add sources like that then maybe the article can be kept here. Otherwise someone may nominate the article for deletion. Please don't take it personally if that happens.
