- The following year, 2013, Brendan Wu, Albert Yu, and Kunal Agarwal, went to MSPDP Nationals. The team won their first four rounds, and lost the last one. They earned 15th place at the national tournament. The Hopkins Team was transferred to the Olive Children Foundation. One of the most notable achievements of The Brooks Academy is from Fall 2013, when Max Wu and Nikit Shingari placed 1st in the Public Forum division at the national University of the Pacific Jon Schamber Invitational Forensics tournament.
