Speedy deletion nomination of Vasileios Karagiannis

edit

Hello WSidneyS,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Vasileios Karagiannis for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Wgolf (talk) 20:18, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Stacy Long, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Please do not add or change content, as you did to Stacy Long, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 22:23, 21 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Vasileios Karagiannis

edit

The article Vasileios Karagiannis has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Never played at a fully-professional level so fails WP:NFOOTY. More importantly, has not received significant independent non-routine coverage, so fails WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
