I've added the logo you uploaded to the Railway mission article, and moved the page to the proper capitalization. Thank you for the links you provided at the deletion debate, but I suspect it will be deleted anyway, since (as you say) those links mostly mention individual chaplains and do not discuss the organization--the information in the article is still not verified except by the link to the Mission's website (which, according to our reliable sources policy, is not sufficient). Also, you may want to read our guideline on conflict of interest, which warns against writing articles about organizations you're involved with.
