Blocked as a sockpuppet edit

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Kamista per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Bulgaryani. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

Dear, @Mz7
I am writing to request an unblock of my account on Wikipedia. My account was recently blocked due to "Sockpuppet", but I believe that the block was unjustified and would like to explain my position.
Firstly, I would like to apologize for any actions or statements that may have violated Wikipedia's policies. The problem is I am both unaware of "Sockpuppet concept" and i have zero intention to do political edits. Also, i'd like to note i don't use these accounts for political needs. Beofore i get banned I wasn't even know what sockpuppet means. I understand that the use of multiple accounts can be a violation of Wikipedia's policies, and I want to assure you that I did not intend to deceive or manipulate the editing process in any way. I created the second account in order to point out Oghuric/Hunno-Bulgar languages. I thought user Beshoghur and Austronesier deleting my edits because they hated me. That's why I wanted to use another account. Still, Kamista is older than this so essentially i did not create account for edit.
Secondly, I would like to provide additional context and evidence that I believe may shed light on the situation. For instance, I've been editing Chuvash page for 1-2 years. It has still my contributions a lot. And they weren't bad. I'd like to do more. Most of my edits deleted because I banned but they were pretty academic and accurate. For instance, User:ActivelyDisinterested just deleted my edits even though it was better than older one.[1] user Nishidani also deleted me edits in Khazars just because I banned. But there is no any single misleading in the page. Please look If you remove my ban I'll revert these and probably be unactive for a very very long time if it's not forever. I see that my actions were misguided and not in keeping with Wikipedia's standards for transparency and accountability. I have reviewed Wikipedia's policies and guidelines and am confident that I can make positive contributions to the website by removing by reverts and I'll go.
I never made an unblock request until now. Because I understood it was something about rules. And even though I'm not very well aware of them, I accepted this block. However, deleting my other accounts for editing contents is definetly unjust. It was for nothing. And I am here for unblock request for this account. Not because I'd like to do more edits but because I want to remove the meaningless reverts.
Have a nice day.

Decline reason:

Given that you were still socking, during the pendency of this request, the block is clearly still necessary. Sir Sputnik (talk) 23:41, 16 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Dear, @Mz7

I would like to offer a sincere apology once again for my past actions involving sockpuppetry. As an individual who values the principles of academic integrity and transparency, I understand that my behavior was completely unacceptable and violated the trust that the community has placed in me. I guarantee that after some edits I will not use Wikipedia anymore for a very long time if it's not forever.

In past days, I read sockpuppetry article in Wikipedia, I have not only deceived others, but also compromised the integrity of the content on this platform. I am deeply sorry for the harm and disruption that my actions may have caused to the community.

I fully understand that my actions were in direct violation of Wikipedia's policies, and I am committed to never engaging in such behavior again. Moving forward, I will abide by the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all my interactions on this platform. If you give me a chance, you can check for my last edits for a week, then I will be inactive or dead.

I would like to express my deepest apologies to the Wikipedia community and pledge to regain your trust through my future actions. Thank you for your attention and understanding. I don't want to create new accounts, editing same thing. Right now I am "personally banned" as another admin told.

"Instead of creating new accounts to edit, you need to successfully request an unblock first."

  • Despite your pledge to regain your trust through my future actions, I have just blocked Hunogur (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log · CA · CheckUser(log· investigate · cuwiki) as another attempt to evade your current block. At this point, I am not inclined to accept your unblock request. I would refer you to Wikipedia:Standard offer if you would like to be unblocked in the future. I've attempted to initiate communication with you over the course of several days, addressing request topics related to Chuvash Studies and Volgabulgari. Still, I've not received any response from you during this extended period. I suspect that if you weren't subject to a ban under the username "Hunogur," you may still not have provided a reply. I am even sure about that. No, I will not asking you anything. Decline my request and stop talking with me in my page. @Mz7 Volgabulgari (talk) 09:10, 13 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Sir_Sputnik (regarding your decline reason) The problem is, I didn't know what "socking" or "sockpuppet" meant until I met him. I requested an unblock, but he ignored me for weeks. Then I created another account and edited something irrelevant to the page where I was blocked. He replied and said that he banned this account as well. Thanks for him to saving Wikipedia from vandals like me. First of all, you are accusing me of "socking," but my edits weren't biased, and I didn't edit the page where I was banned. I wasn't sure if I was personally banned until I got banned again. It seems that he will ban me no matter what I do. If I had known this, why would I edit pages that I had actively contributed to with my old account? Secondly, I really want to contribute to Wikipedia. If you look at the accounts I've been banned with, none of the contributions were disruptive or biased except maybe first ones but I apologized about them. I thought Beshogur deleting my edits because he didn't trust my account then I wanted to use other account. It's so stressful to talk about this issue.I won't be very active again, but I still want to legally contribute to Wikipedia, especially regarding Chuvash culture, language, and related pages. I also want to edit contents about ancient books. I made important edits to Chuvash and Bulgar pages. I want to do it more. If you decide to unblock me, you can watch my moves for months. I will not disappoint you. I apologize for all my mistakes, and now I'm requesting an unblock.

Decline reason:

You are blocked for abusing multiple accounts. This was confirmed by a WP:check user. That has nothing to do with bias. There is no excuse for evading your block. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 15:01, 23 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

-- Deepfriedokra Why are Chuvash Studies and Hunoghur still banned if their edits have no connection to the reason for own block? If this is not solely about biased edits, then what is the justification for their continued suspension? Moreover, if the intention is to ban all accounts associated with my IP address, how can it be claimed that Wikipedia is a platform that upholds freedom of speech? Weird.
