Copyright problem: Ilocos Norte National High School

Further to VernoWhitney's comments above, please consult the talk page for discussion about the content on the page. As stated on the article talk page, the text is substantially lifted from another source, and has not been justified in line with the provisions mentioned by VernoWhitney above. I would invite you to engage in that discussion, as edit-warring - which is what is occurring with the repeated reverts on the Ilocos Norte National High School page - is prohibited under WP:3RR. Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to the page Talk:Ilocos Norte National High School. Blank pages can confuse readers, and are overall not helpful to the Wikipedia project; furthermore, blanking a page is not the same as deleting it.

If the article you blanked is a duplicate of another article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate revision. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please replace it with appropriate content.
