I would have thought it plainly obvious. Look at your contributions - you've done nothing but insert external links into articles. Please read WP:SPAM and WP:EL  Glen  01:13, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for clearing that up. While I was adding external links but I thought since it's a link to the official site of the ministry of tourism - it would be considered as an external reference that would probably be useful to readers.
