Recreation in user space

Hello. I have recreated it at User talk:Vijayjva/NUS draft. (Actually wanted to do it in userspace but, hey, usertalk is just as good.) Please make sure you have seriously cleaned it up before reposting it in the mainspace. Also do let me know as I should probably add the recreation history for GFDL compliance.
