Vetcos

VETCOS is the online alumni club of Kerala Veterinary College Alumni Association. It came to existence on 26th Dec'2003 and owns the most viewed veterinary alumni site in India in the same name (vetcos.com). Vetcos is aimed to benefit not only the veterinary community of the Kerala state but also students from all over India through preparatory materials for national level competitive exams like ICAR JRF exams. The club's website is designed and uploaded by the vets themselves with zero professional help; spearheaded by Dr Binoj, Dr. Mahesh M and Dr. Anish D (alumni of college of veterinary and animal sciences, Mannuthy, Kerala). The club activities through website is amply supported by the active members of the site, without which this venture could have never been materialized. The site epitomizes the unity among vets. It is a long cherished dream for mannuthy vets to own a website which could act as a connecting link between alumni and alma mater.

The club keeps a record of all the addresses of veterinary graduates (from 1955 to 1999 batch), keeps the alumni informed of latest news from the college through their website and have a special section on Kerala Veterinary College. The special section on college of veterinary and animal sciences has details regarding the departments with teaching facilities and research undertaken in each of them. In a short span of time, vetcos has become instantly famous within the alumni community and vets all over India.
