I had to remove your last edit on Veganism because it made scientific claims without providing citations for them. If you can find credible scientific sources for your claims, please feel free to add them again. That's not a statement that requires any citation. That type of statement would be considered common knowledge.
I can agree that other statements might have fallen into the citable category. But not a statement that any diet can be poorly planned.
