Your account has been blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia because it appears to be mainly intended or used for publicity and/or promotional purposes. Please read the following carefully.

Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

Your account's edits and/or username indicate that it is being used on behalf of a company, group, celebrity or other well-known individual, or organization for purposes of promotion and/or publicity. The edits may have violated one or more of our rules on spamming, which include: adding inappropriate external links, posting advertisements, and using Wikipedia for promotion. Wikipedia has many articles on companies, groups, and organizations, but such groups are generally discouraged from using Wikipedia to write about themselves. In addition, usernames like yours are disallowed under our username policy.

Am I allowed to make these edits if I change my username?

Probably not. See WP:FAQ/Organizations for a helpful list of frequently asked questions by people in your position. Also, review the conflict of interest guidance to see the kinds of limitations you would have to obey if you did want to continue editing about your company, group, or organization. If this does not fit in with your goals, then you will not be allowed to edit again. Consider using one of the many websites that allow this instead.

What can I do now?

You are still welcome to write about something other than your company or organization. If you do intend to make useful contributions on some other topic, you must convince a Wikipedia administrator that you mean it. To that end, please do the following:

  • Add the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} on your user talk page.
  • Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:Listusers to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy.
  • Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:
  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, please see how to appeal a block.

Requested username:

Request reason:

I’m not here to advertise but to insert data that have not been input yet allowing people to know about small clubs per example, or contribute to make information right. Thanks!

Decline reason:

An unblock for a name change would be possible, but not if you're going to continue to use Wikipedia to promote your own organization. If you ever become interested in volunteering to help write an encyclopedia, we'd love to have your help, but you, like the rest of us, would need to follow the conflict of interest and avoid writing about your own organization. You haven't indicated that you are interested in writing about any other subjects, so I would be wrong to unblock this account. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 18:36, 29 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Why would I be blocked while other biggest club have their info and all sponsor names shown? Promotion is for commercial purposes, we have no commercial purposes as we are an association and not a private sport club as a company such as Manchester United or else. This is non-sense. Anyway, this is a very warming welcoming you have done though, I am happy to see there is no point in contributing in here. There are other way to deal with possible misunderstanding with your user than blocking them “indefinitely” like they were criminals! Thanks!

Decline reason:

Obviously we do not believe you are a criminal; you simply began editing here without a true understanding of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. That, in and of itself, is no violation but it severely impacts the survivability of one's contributions. Please take time to acquaint yourself with the policies and guidelines to which you have been directed. This process is designed to facilitate your unblocking. Swim upstream if you must but understand there's a reason you're making no headway. Tiderolls 20:11, 29 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

{{unblock-spamun|inkortage|I’m not here to advertise but to insert data that have not been input yet allowing people to know about small clubs per example, or contribute to make information right. Thanks!}}

{{unblock|1=Thanks for showing your explanation is non-sense again and showing your over-powering act of deletion of the article which does not contain any advertising or any promotion instead of the article on Manchester United FC where sponsor names are actually shown with money information and other. Your explanation is not constructive as any people writing about our club would be link as they will be considered as part of the organization, which is illogic. Delete the article, delete whatever your want, thanks and bye!}}

  • Please do not remove declined unblock requests while the block is still in place. Also, one unblock request at a time is sufficient. I will warn you that abusing the unblock template will lead to your losing the ability to edit this page. Please read WP:GAB before continuing. I will watchlist this page in the event you have any questions. Tiderolls 20:03, 29 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
You are incorrect in saying that Wikipedia permits organizations to use this web site for advertising as long as they do not make a profit. In fact, Wikipedia does not permit any people or organizations to use this encyclopedia for self-promotion, regardless of whether they make a profit or not. I nominated this article for deletion, not because I have any personal reason to dislike you, but because, when I looked at it, I thought that the subject might not meet Wikipedia's notability criteria, and I wanted to ask other neutral editors to look at it and discuss the matter. You don't need to use the {unblock} template if you have decided, as you say, that you do not want a Wikipedia account. I'm not clear, from your edits so far, if you even understand what Wikipedia is. I'd suggest that you relax, consider the possibility that you've just made a mistake, and learn more about what Wikipedia is and how it works. Then decide whether or not it's something you'd like to be a part of. It's a fun project, working together to create an encyclopedia. Being angry at us for not letting you advertise in the encyclopedia is a little like getting angry with the manager of the opera for not letting you play volleyball on the stage during a performance. This just isn't the right place for what you want to do; that we don't allow you to do it doesn't make us bad people. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 20:07, 29 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
