I am editing this page in order to improve the Wallonia article which requires a thorough rewriting. Vb (talk) 10:36, 3 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I've moved this page to the original author's namespace, so hopefully they can continue to edit there without risk of deletion (seeing as the only CSD was as a test page). Booglamay (talk) - 14:52, 3 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please don't mix everything edit

Dear José,

  1. Why do you begin history with industry? Please do me a favour: begin with prehistory.
  2. Why do you put "This industrial area was the breeding grounds of the European socialist movement." in geography. This should go to politics!
  3. Why do you put "In Rixensart, the company Recherche et Industrie Thérapeutiques (changed in GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals in 2000) is one of the world’s leading vaccine manufacturers, supplying around 25% of the world’s vaccines: GSK Biologicals employs a little over 5,300 persons on the Walloon sites of Rixensart, Wavre and Gembloux. The company distributes 36 doses of vaccines every second. [5]" in geography: this belongs to economics.
  4. Why do you put "The castle of Corroy-le-Château, one of the best conserved castles of this period in North Europe was bought by a Flemish artist Wim Delvoye for EUR 3.3 million. He is planning to convert the Corroy-le-Château into a museum of modern art.[6]" in geography? This belongs to culture. Etc...Vb10:31, 8 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
Why? It is very simple: because I am rewriting this whole article and what you red is simply mistakes of which I became so aware that I spoke to you about a new page History of Wallonia. I am aware too I must erase many things. Things which I must perhaps write on other pages. You are right but what you red is but draft page. Remember it, VB I am not able to do the best in one or two days, absolutely not... It is a work in progress far from perfect, very far...José Fontaine (talk) 23:55, 8 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
OK That's the case for all of us. Nobody's perfect. However you should put your drafts directly at the right place, i.e. within the correct subsection/paragraph. I would like to help you editing. You must keep in mind you are not the only editor of this article and you must think about the other ones: they'd like to correct small mistakes but not change the whole structure and erase info of yours.
