suggested variation

Based on the assumption that the intent of this template is to promote transparency and cooperation, I have added it to my user page.[1] But I would prefer a variation that also mentions Pro bono work, maybe something like:

This editor is a Wikipedian who is willing and able to edit for pay, and willing and able to edit for free
