Request reason:

i am not a sock of anyone. I feel i am a victim of a campaign by another editor called User:WebHamster who is using an alias User:Sebbygodwin(sebby godwin) in order to get revenge for my contributing to the deletion of one of his articles Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Affinity_(band). Also 'please do not fuck around with us' is both offensive and proof of his sock puppetry.

Decline reason:

Well, User:Sebbygodwin is certainly a strange account, and pretty clearly an inappropriate use of multiple accounts by someone, so it's good that account is blocked.
