Your recent edits edit

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 18:54, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Great spot on the canvassing by the way --Snowded TALK 19:54, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, I hope it helps keep things honest in some small way. --Turnsmoney (talk) 20:52, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Ayn Rand stuff edit

You expressed an interest in seeing how this turns out, so I thought I'd link you to this. Judging by the Arbitrators' comments on the bottom there, it looks like this issue will be accepted by the Arbitration Committee (basically Wikipedia's supreme court). I'm a bit curious to see how it turns out myself... -kotra (talk) 22:31, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, I wasn't aware of any dispute (I just stumbled on the canvassing while looking for something else, but I don't follow Rand articles in particular), but this is pretty interesting stuff. I'll go read it now. (I love the introduction on your page.) --Turnsmoney (talk) 22:54, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

I'm not anyone's sockpuppet edit

I was browsing the Ayn Rand arbitration page and saw accusations that I'm a sockpuppet. I'm not. I wasn't even aware that there was any drama surrounding the Ayn Rand article (well, I could have guessed as much, but I don't pay attention to those articles in particular).

I randomly stumbled on the canvassing incident while browsing that forum for another purpose completely unrelated to Wikipedia. I made this account because: a) canvassing is bad and I wanted to report it; b) I didn't want the people I was about to report to have my IP.

In case it comes up (I dunno, maybe my username is by chance similar to another involved party, raising suspicion), I took "turnsmoney" from the registration CAPTCHA (I tried a few, they were all taken, so I said the next one I'll reverse the words, which came up "moneyturns").

That's all I can think of that might come up regarding my relevance to this case, which is literally nil, aside from stepping in something and coming here to wipe it off my shoe. There is no intrigue behind my sudden appearance.

Having never looked closely at an arbitration case before, I didn't dare edit any of those pages, so I'm posting this here, in case any involved parties are watching this page. --Turnsmoney (talk) 02:34, 23 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

accusations are common on contentious pages don't let it worry you --Snowded TALK 03:19, 23 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
