Hi Tulino, welcome to Wikipedia. I just reverted your edits to the Andes. Although the information was well sourced, it is of relatively minor importance for an article on such a broad topic (see WP:DETAIL). You might consider moving it to articles about the specific glaciers instead, or perhaps creating a new article. If you would like help with that I would be glad to assist.
