Peer/ Professor Suggestions:

Peer suggestions-

  • Citation for first sentence of Daniel Miller's Wikipedia page.

This is a great suggestion, I just wouldn't know how the editor before me retrieved this sentence. How can I find that source?

  • Add in Daniel Miller's major works into the career section.

I will look into more of his work and see what I can find!

  • Be careful of repetition! Be clear!

I realized that my former edits of copyediting did not make much difference nor any sense. I decided to delete those sentences that I copyedited and I will be more aware to not be repetitive and do my best to use words that will make the content I'm adding in more clear.

  • Add in why he was studying clothing (example of more content to add in)

That is a great example of how I can add in more context, I will admit that I was having trouble with this because there are so many options.

Professor suggestions -

  • Expand on "The Internet: An Ethnographic Approach (like linking to his co-author's page, summarizing more of what the study was)

I will do more research with this text. I did look up the co- author (Don Slater) to make sure he had a Wikipedia page, thank you for this suggestion. I will expand on the research they conducted.

  • Cite more specific material than what was in the single chapter.

In regards to specific material, does this mean to be short and clear about certain things Miller has done?

  • Update publications list since it was last updated in 2017.

I will make sure to update the publications list.

  • Add in publications that could be missing.

I will also add in publications, if necessary!

  • Provide links to concepts addressed on page.

I will make sure to hyperlink any concepts talked about.

  • See if there's media that would be useful to add.

I did realize that there was barely any images and such, I will be sure to do this.
