{{unblock|This is an account created on a shared IP address. No it is not a 'sockpuppet' or whatever my last block was denied for. Yes it was created this afternoon. I created this LEGITIMATE wikipedia account when I saw other people, around 5 or 6, using wikipedia in my local library, which I may add I am editing from right now. Seeing the others reminded me that I had been intending on creating my own account. Upon creating my account, I discovered there was an IP ban in place. Since I was in a public library, I assumed it was one of the other users that had caused this ban to be put in place, and figured I would appeal it on those grounds. My appeal was denied, and my newly created account banned indefinitely. If an administrator will not un-ban this account for the reason is was created on this particular IP address, I would appreciate it if the account could be deleted, so as that I can recreate it when I get home. Hopefully this will avoid another account ban seeing as how it will be created on a different IP. Thanks.}}
