Debate on the discovery date of HD 45364 planets

Did you actually find out about planets around HD 45364 in August 2008? The website Extrasolar Planets Encyclopaedia says that two planets around HD 45364 were discovered in 2009 and so does at [1]. HD 45364 wasn't there in the Extrasolar Planets Encyclopaedia in all of 2008. The date in those articles, you put down the exact date getting it directly from "received" text in [2].
