I like the choice of adding a "Clinical significance" section, and I think you did a great job on writing the contents. My only suggestion that you could break it up further into sections and give each section a title. So a section can be choroideremia, another can be mental retardation... and so on. Very well done on the citation. I, like Rpc91, enjoyed reading about clinical applications. I plan on doing a bit of reading of my own before commenting on the content of the article. There was one sentence* that I found to be a bit wordy and had to do a double take. You need not change it. It is actually clear enough. I just thought you should know it tripped me up. In all fairness, I was learning most of this as I went so that may have been a part of it. Wiki readers tend to do that a lot however.
