I saw your note at Talk:Disabled Veterans National Foundation, see Wikipedia:WikiProject Cooperation/Paid editor help for how to get some more assistance. I have a slight COI on this myself so I don't want to edit the article directly either. Valfontis (talk) 16:21, 15 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Thx for the tip. I thought I would initially reach out to editors who have shown an interest in the page in the past, but I'll check this out also. TransparencyServices (talk) 17:38, 15 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Here's the tutorial on diffs: WP:D&L. Cheers - Brianhe (talk) 16:02, 22 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
I'm afraid I may have screwed up. I created a draft in my userspace (my terminology may not be correct), copied the entire original article in, made all my edits to it, then clicked "Save page." Here is the result: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:TransparencyServices/sandbox/Disabled_Veterans_National_Foundation. However, I can't find any "history," and it seems like that's necessary before creating the "diff" link. Now, I'm wondering if I was supposed to "Save page" on the original before making the edits. Ugh! Any suggestions??? Also, I think I should put in comments at several points to explain the rationale for the changes. Should I use the hidden text (aka invisible text) feature or is there some other way? TransparencyServices (talk) 22:23, 22 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, my recomendation on the article talk page was to start with an exact copy of the original before making any changes, but here's a workaround. It's kind of gross, but you could paste in the wiki code for the entire original article (replacing what you wrote), undo that change, then undo the undo. That should leave you with the proposed text and the final diff in the draft history to share for review. And embedding contextual comments sounds just fine. - Brianhe (talk) 02:32, 23 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Ok, thx again. Will do it Tuesday. Have a nice Mem Day. TransparencyServices (talk) 03:40, 23 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
Actually, on re-reading this, I put in an extra "undo". Just replace your draft with the original then undo once. — Brianhe (talk) 07:19, 23 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
I posted the diff on the other page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Disabled_Veterans_National_Foundation. Would appreciate your comments and any suggestions if you think the rewrite is not up to Wiki standards. Thx. TransparencyServices (talk) 03:36, 27 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username.
