PS: The article "Trans-Border Institute" was deleted for two reasons. 1) It was a copyright violation and plagiarism, copied from http://www.sandiego.edu/about/communityservices/international.php. 2) It did not assert the notability of the institute. I suggest that if you want to recreate ythe article you first find some 3rd-party sources which cover the institute, and then summarize their reporting in your own words. -Will Beback · † · 06:00, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

Conflict of interest?

Please take a few minutes and familiarize yourself with the Wikipedia guideline WP:COI (Conflict Of Interest). It may not necessarily preclude you from editing the Trans-Border Institute article, but you should keep the guidance under consideration when editing. If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
