Former names for transgender people

edit

Like I stated when reverting you, you are incorrect. Whatever style you are referring to does not apply in the case of people who were well known by their birth names before transition. Chelsea Manning and Caitlyn Jenner are two other examples. If you are referring to a WP:Essay, essays are not the same as WP:Policies and guidelines. MOS:GENDERID, a guideline, does not support removing the previous names of transgender people. In fact, it states, "The MoS does not specify when and how to present former names, or whether to use the former or present name first." Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 20:51, 26 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Gypsy word

edit

WP:Wikipedia is not censored. The word 'gypsy' does not need to be altered. Binksternet (talk) 01:25, 20 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
