The article Jazzman Records that you pointed me to is fine. It wasn't that the content was unsuitable for wikipedia, it is just not for your userpage as it can appear like you are advertising for them. I am slightly confused, are you asking me to undelete your userpage? You can't use your userpage for articles like that because it appears like you are promoting them.
