I will work on this more after some sleep, but it seems quite redundant of other essays on the project. For example: Wikipedia:Advice for RfA candidates, Wikipedia:Guide to requests for adminship, Wikipedia:Miniguide to requests for adminship, and the RFA page itself. This page seems to be a lot of words, but no new information. More practical, I think, would be to cut out most of the body of this essay and to just quote and/or link to these other essays. That way you've got a page specifically for your project that explains why it is important for project members to be admins and isn't otherwise redundant of existing pages. I've completed all I'm going to do for this page. I've edited the sections relevant to the expressed scope of the essay. The remaining sections are highly redundant of existing pages and concern being an admin, not becoming one. I continue to question the necessity of such a page, as it remains unnecessarily wordy and redundant of other pages, with little in the area of specificity to the military history project, but the grammar and superfluous wording has been corrected.
