I'm retiring this account. If you wish to vandalize, go ahead; I won't be here to see it.

no personal attacks

edit

Regarding this talk page post:[1] Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on the contributor; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. CovenantD 18:52, 21 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please do not make personal attacks on other people. Wikipedia has a policy against personal attacks. In some cases, users who engage in personal attacks may be blocked from editing by admins or banned by the arbitration committee. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Please resolve disputes appropriately. Thank you. — getcrunk what?! 20:12, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I'd like to know when I'm supposed to have done that. Todd Bridges 20:40, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
I'm talking about general incivility. You should be aware of Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Georgewiliamherbert_and_Todd_Bridges. — getcrunk what?! 20:48, 5 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
I see no evidence of that either. As for this bit on the Administrators noticeboard, that's just nonsense. I did not vandalize the Gorilla page, that was ThuranX (and his vandalism was reverted by UtherSRG). There is absolutely no connection between me and those other users, so the "investigation" will turn up nothing. It is ThuranX who should be investigated. I don't know what you're talking about when you mention "general incivility." Could you be more specific? I really don't know what you're talking about. Todd Bridges 00:34, 6 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
No. The CheckUser case has identified that you, User:Georgewiliamherbert, and User:Mr. Conky are the same person. (Editing from the same IP) Using sockpuppets isn't tolerated on Wikipedia. — getcrunk what?! 12:44, 6 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Did it ever occur to you it might be more than one person, but all using the same computer? I still see no evidence of the charge of general incivility. The vandalism of Georgewiliamherbert, as you will tell from the talk page of the vandalized user, was done while he was away from the computer. For the others, there is absolutely no evidence of any vandalism or incivility. Todd Bridges 12:52, 6 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

my talk page

Why did you remove several paragraphs and sections from my talk page? - UtherSRG (talk) 15:29, 19 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I wrote them, so I figured I could erase them if I wanted to. I'm retiring now anyway, so it doesn't really matter. Todd Bridges 19:44, 19 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
No. And besides, you had deleted significantly more than what you wrote. - UtherSRG (talk) 11:17, 20 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
And as we all know, removing valid warnings can be considered vandalism. MrBigB 16:45, 20 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
You know that's not true. I deleted only what I wrote. Todd Bridges 18:28, 20 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Okay, I've gone back and I can't tell if I deleted more than what I thought; I had meant to delete only what I wrote. Todd Bridges 18:30, 20 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Here's a link to your edit. You deleted more text that was not yours than text that was yours. - UtherSRG (talk) 11:25, 21 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
