Dear Tobbie, the image you are referring to was uploaded by user:wikidudeman and was added in June ([1]). It was later deleted from Wikipedia due, I think, to copyright problems. Ok. It was an image used by the Nazi's for propaganda purposes. The image is of a Waffen SS soldier who trained at the SS officer training camp in Bad Tölz in Bavaria. Here is a lower quality version of the image. I can perhaps give you a better quality one later. I also have a lot of other propaganda type images of this form used by the Nazis.
