Confused

I just logged in for the first time in a while, and when I went to put a new userbox on my page, I saw that it was blanked, and all my hard work had been replaced with a message. To add to my confusion, the message states something odd. What does "blocked" mean? And what does "sockpuppet" mean? Tinka Hessenheffer (talk) 19:06, 16 October 2020 (UTC)

@Meters:, thank you for the clarification. I can honestly assure you, however, that this is my only account. My sister has an account on Wikipedia, though, and she was the one who got me into it. I don't know how to request an unblock!! And from what I can tell from that link, I'm not a meatpuppet. Just because I wanted to do something that my sister was doing doesn't mean she "recruited" me to help her. If I'm a "meatpuppet", it's not on purpose.
