Carl was a local celebrity in National City, California, and therefore I feel a Wikipedia entry is justified.

I am going to write a full Wikipedia entry on Carl Wayne and his historical significance but for now I have just the obituary.

This is my first Wikipedia entry so be kind---I may need a little hand-holding with the process of creating new pages. I honestly believe this man should have an entry and will do what is necessary to make it happen.
