Page deletion

New pages with no real content are deleted quite quickly: when I deleted yours it was literally nothing but an external link. We don't expect new articles to be perfect, but they must be more than that: at a minimum they need to provide context (what the article is about) and notability (why it should be in an encyclopedia), preferably both backed up with sources. Articles should be posted in the main encyclopedia when they have at least that. If you want a place to work on an article before it's "ready", you could put it your userspace, such as User:Thor26/Workshop. Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 20:17, 5 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
