              Trésor Kandol

Trésor Osmar Kandol (born August 30, 1981) is a Congolese footballer. He currently plays for Leeds United, having recently signed from Barnet for a fee of £200K. Before Barnet, he played at Darlington, Dagenham & Redbridge, Thurrock, Bournemouth, Cambridge and Luton in England. He celebrates his goals with a somersault.

On the 18th of November 2006, Kandol scored an injury time winner against Rochdale at Underhill to complete his hat-trick that also saw the Bees win their third consecutive league game. After impressing at Barnet, Kandol joined Leeds United in a two month loan deal on 23 November 2006 with a view to a permanent move. He made his debut two days later as a substitute replacing Robbie Blake in the 2-1 victory over Plymouth Argyle.

On January 3, 2007, his move to Elland Road was made permanent. Kandol impressed in the opening stages of the 2007/2008 season, and on September 9th, he sat top of the League One scoring charts. His first of the season was a last minute header against Tranmere in Leeds' first ever game in the third tier of English football. He now seems to be forming a successful strike partnership with Jermaine Beckford and has become famous with the Leeds crowd for his trademark somersault-and-flip goal celebration. He was sent off on saturday against Gillingham. Reference http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_2/7008233.stm. Trésor Kandol was a fan favourite at Dag & Redbridge before a move to Darlington was proposed on a permenant basis however he didn't like the area so he joined Barnet instead.

Kandol is the cousin of the former Portsmouth player Lomana LuaLua and Newcastle United player Kazenga LuaLua. Tresor shares the same goal celebration as his cousin Lomana.

I didn't relise it was vandlism and i am sorry so could you reduce the ban as i have made useful contributions in the past and i would like the chance to show that i still can. If you could reduce it i would be most grateful thanks in advance for reading it. As you can see from the Trésor Kandol article i can help imporive the site. I know the second bit of info because i am a Dag and Redbridge fan and read it in a match programme

Decline reason:

Are you telling me that you honestly thought this and this and this were constructive contributions to Wikipedia? Sorry, it would be inappropriate to unblock you as you clearly do not understand "vandalism". — Yamla 18:32, 2 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
