Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Rock Band (video game), but we regretfully cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. --Ouzo (talk) 15:01, 12 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Forum posts are not acceptable sources. They are self-published, are not necessarily accurate, and do not show that the information is notable. Just think about what kind of information could be placed in articles if the only proof necessary is a forum post? In this instance, forum posts can never show that this importing and eBay phenomenon is sufficiently widespread to merit mention, whether compared to the rest of the information in the article or the importing of other games in similar situations. If this information is notable, it would be mentioned in reliable sources like news articles, especially considering how much coverage Rock Band continues to receive. --Maxamegalon2000 18:58, 12 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 19:05, 12 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
