Guidelines

Guidelines

Please read this notice before you post on my talk page.

On Wikipedia, talk pages are a form of communication between two different users. Talk pages are meant to discuss things related to Wikipedia, such as featured article nominations, administrator nominations, or miscellaneous information regarding articles.

  • Be polite. Insults and profanity will not be tolerated, and will result in a report to the administrators.
  • Assume good faith. If I make a stupid edit, then tell me nicely. I may react poorly if I sense any hostility from you, so this is fair warning!
  • No personal attacks. I bet you wouldn't like it if someone attacked you. Well, I don't like it either. So let's try to be nice, okay?
  • Do not bite the newcomers. Just don't do it. Never. It's not cool, and it never will be.
  • Always sign your messages with four tildes ~~~~. This lets me know who sent me what message.
  • Wikipedia is not MySpace. Please do not use Wikipedia as a discussion place for things other than Wikipedia related topics.
  • When you leave me a message, I will respond on your talk page. I will not respond here.

Thank you for taking the time to read these guidelines. I look forward to editing with you in the future! – The Obento Musubi (Contributions)

This is a test edit

This IP address is mine, so this is not vandalism. I want to see how my new messages bar looks. Happy editing! 64.128.13.60 (talk) 18:23, 3 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Portuguese sausage, eggs and rice edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Portuguese sausage, eggs and rice, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Stormbay (talk) 20:00, 3 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

  • See talk page of the article. If references that assert notability are available, it would be a good idea to add a reference section. --Stormbay (talk) 03:46, 5 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Back edit

Hey there TOM, I've finally got around to reviewing some of your edits... took me about 3 hours just to go through your talk page... I'll look at your other edits later. But I've given you some feed back and your first homework assignment on your talk page. If you don't already have it on your watch list, please add it as I won't generally notify you of updates---I'm only doing so because I was out of it for a while.Balloonman (talk) 07:06, 5 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Old sig update edit

Aloha. I wanted to let you know that I'm running into your old sig on talk pages and in image uploads. If you are interested in resolving the talk page problem, you can have User:MPerel run a search and replace with AWB. As for the image uploads, you would have to upload the same image under your current user name, and then request deletion of the duplicate image with the old sig. Take care. Sorry I was making reference to the fact that that is usually used for those who are in a dispute. I doubt that could happen. Anyways, I really hope you get better...may I ask what it is that you got? Rgoodermote  01:50, 17 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
I am glad to hear you are better mate. You know I am so glad I no longer go to school. Now I can avoid those things. Rgoodermote  22:40, 18 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Coaching edit

Hey there TOM, just reminding you to work on your homework and to keep the coaching page watchlisted. If you can't work on it for a few days that is fine.Balloonman (talk) 22:58, 16 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
