"Santhome Church" and other names

I believe that the church should be called "Santhome Cathedral".

In the text, it should be referenced as "the cathedral". The convention is clear from a series of articles on cathedral-basilicas, such as Notre-Dame de Paris and Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul (Philadelphia). TheLonelyPather (talk) 15:28, 11 July 2023 (UTC)
