tabula rasa!

Even if Kbrose is wrong, don't attack him as an editor. It'll just make things worse.--Jasper Deng (talk) 00:10, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

OK. I am sorry. I did not want to offend him. I am sorry If I did. Foo (talk) 01:57, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
As for CIDR, it's used on Wikipedia. Jasper Deng (talk) 00:12, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
Thanks :) Also https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Range_blocks looks really good, it is a better CIDR notation article. There is a CIDR calculator on a tool server after all! Check the link on the bottom! :)Foo (talk)
The thing is, though, it's only used for internal purposes of running the project, and not for giving readers information :( . Plus the WMF is going to IPv6 soon.Jasper Deng (talk) 00:38, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
...though I caution you that this will not make many editors happy...--Jasper Deng (talk) 01:01, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
I wanted to make a point and prove wrong Kbrose's argument; if something is easily accessible through a search engine it should not be in WP.
If I accept that something accessible by google should not be in WP as an Axiom then I can prove that WP should be empty and empty encyclopedias are not very useful. Foo (talk) 18:38, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

By the way, we have a Greek Wikipedia.Jasper Deng (talk) 01:06, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please don't think that I am better in Greek. :) Foo (talk) 01:12, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
