Speedy deletion of "Ramon goose"

edit

A page you created, Ramon goose, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how they are important or significant, and thus why they should be included in an encyclopedia. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and the guidelines for biographies in particular.

You are welcome to contribute content which complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you.  Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 02:01, 23 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Ramon goose. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Renaissancee (talk) 02:38, 23 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Unreferenced BLPs

edit

Hello Tekni! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot notifying you on behalf of the the unreferenced biographies team that 1 of the articles that you created is currently tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 874 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Ramon Goose - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Deletion discussion about Long Road To Tiznit

edit

Hello, Tekni,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Long Road To Tiznit should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Long Road To Tiznit .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of guitars manufactured by ESP, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ken Yokoyama. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:16, 14 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Desert Rock.jpg

edit

The file File:Desert Rock.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused promotional image, parent article was PROD'd

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
