Martin Cameron draft edit

Hey there. I stumbled upon your draft of Martin Cameron. I've had Cameron on my to-do list for some time now so I'm glad you're working on it. It looks very promising. I wrote the articles on the Liberal Movement, Steele Hall, Robin Millhouse, the LCL and Tom Playford, amongst others, so if you need a hand, give us a hoy and I'll see what I can do. I know. Is there a reason you're pointing this out? Teiresias84 02:38, 15 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Well some people don't know that. Also if you want to find former Victorian State Parliamentarians, go to http://www.parliament.vic.gov.au/re-member/ 203.213.97.105 05:21, 19 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Re: Election Tables edit

Teiresias, the reason I didn't put colours on the table of the Altona Election district is that I don't know how to so if you can but me in contact with someone who can I would be really gratful. Oh, and I will get around to putting 2pp on, it just unessacary when the 2pp margin is in the article and Kosky has over 50% on primaries anyway. Aussie King Pin 01:18, 22 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Paul Kavanagh edit

Apologies if you think that there might be a copyright violation on the information stored on this individual, but I had assumed that as the details came from open source material that they were not subject to copyright. In order to comply with Wikipedia policy, please can you edit it as required (I bow to your supervisory knowledge in this respect), thanks.

Otherwise, please feel free to delete it as I am afraid that I am not going to research in depth the history of one of my father's murderers who was set free long before completion of their custodial sentence at the whim of politicians just so that said politicians can secure a place in the history books.

Live long and prosper...

Electoral districts edit

I just noticed all the pages you'd created on Victorian electoral districts - you've done a great job with them. I'd been looking for a way to get complete lists of members for ages, but hadn't come across this re-member database before. I'll have to try and fill in the remaining gaps between now and the election. Rebecca 03:03, 23 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Anderton edit

I think it'd probably be best to nominate the article for deletion. He's a low-profile candidate in an unwinnable seat, and while the blog postings were a recipe for a scandal, it hasn't really blown up - there's still only two stories about it on Google News. If more notable candidates like Mary Wooldridge and Sarah Hanson-Young get deleted, I really can't see any reason to keep Anderton's article.

In the meantime, I'll continue keeping an eye on the Anderton article (I've had it on my watchlist for a while), and will continue to revert Moore's edits if need be. Feel free to leave the troubleshooting on the article to me if you're afraid it'll come back to bite you in the party - I can make sure the revisionism doesn't stay in the article for very long. Martin Cameron Take 2 edit

Sorry, I have just realsied that I never responded to your message of about a month and a half ago. Although I don't have any more information on Cameron's Liberal Party presidency, if you add the article to the site, I'm sure it is only a matter of time before someone comes along who does have information. Cheers --Roisterer 04:59, 1 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

2007 NSW Elections Candidates edit

Please look at the updated page.203.213.96.43 07:10, 2 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Looking much better now, thank you. I was just concerned because the page hadn't really changed for about a month. Teiresias84 12:32, 2 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Deeming vs Novum edit

  • I have no problem with an article on Deeming. The problem with moving the article on Novum to Deeming is that we will have the hoax article on Novum still in the edit history. It is probably best to just write an article on Deeming and delete the one on Novum. Capitalistroadster 08:08, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
