Please stop, explain what you're doing, and explain where you got consensus to make the mass changes that you are making. Corvus cornix 01:25, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

You really need to get consensus before starting off on making mass changes. Corvus cornix 01:54, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Per this edit, I am an admin. Telling someone to "get a life" is incivil. IrishGuy talk 02:08, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

OK, that I agree to, and I regret that comment. But automatically submitting my name to the Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism page 1 minute after he reverted all my edits was a little uncivil to begin with. I know what I did, and that was not vandalism. At issue here is my supposed vandalism. If you think my edits to WP:AIAV are againt WP:CIV then that's a whole 'nother story. TeaTime666 02:14, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Talk it over on the Template's Discussion page. The big problem is that you, as a very new user, suddenly came in and made mass changes to a long-established template with zero prior discussion. Corvus cornix 02:18, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Well, I don't know of that many new users that can do template scripting :), but yeah, I get your point. I have started a RfC on the matter. Please have a look.

That's a good way to start, though you don't need to make it an RfC, just a discussion.  :) Corvus cornix 02:33, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Template:Infobox_University edit

How is that like what you were doing? You were lower casing all of the sections, Template:Infobox_University has all upper case. Corvus cornix 02:41, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Uhhh... What? here is the relevant syntax (ripped):
{{Infobox University

That's uppercase? TeaTime666 02:45, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ok, OK, point taken, I meant feild paramters... TeaTime666 02:48, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's a holiday weekend. There are lots of Wikipedians who are not available to discuss this. Why not wait a few days? Corvus cornix 21:53, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

OK, will do. But I do digress that the previous two editor's opinions support my proposal through their comments. In fact, my suggestion for similarity to the University template was based on their comments. How do you feel on the proposed change is really key, because beside you and me, and the two editors mentioned on the talk page, their is really no one else. I don't see anyone else having an opinion. And the third opinion was pretty concise: No dispute. TeaTime666 22:00, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
I don't object, per se. I just want more eyes to get a chance to see your proposed changes. I don't have any history in this controversy, we just need more inputs. Corvus cornix 22:01, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
Your aware that besides you and me their have been only two editors of this template? (The IP address is me and the other user did an extremely minor change :) TeaTime666 22:11, 28 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image (Image:CSUSLogo.gif) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:CSUSLogo.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. Proposed deletion of File:WFPSCarmichaelStore.jpg edit

The file File:WFPSCarmichaelStore.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Orphaned image, possible copyvio

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --TheImaCow (talk) 18:59, 6 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
