Proposed deletion of Dale Anderson II edit

The article Dale Anderson II has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

There are no reliable sources included that would verify that this person meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. A candidate who did not win a mayorship would not generally be the subject of an encyclopedia article; neither would a board member for a purely local organization.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi! Wikipedia isn't a forum for advertising, and the rules don't allow us to use the name of an organization as a username, so I've blocked this account and deleted the advertisement you created. Although we have strict rules against advertising, we're otherwise very nice people, so if you're interested in volunteering to help write the encyclopedia, you're entirely welcome. Just create a personal username and jump right in- but be careful to avoid writing about your own organization. Thanks! If you believe this block is an error, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 23:24, 12 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
