FM Station Data in External Links

The FM Station data links in the external links creates Nielson search links that are broken. Just an FYI. Not sure how to fix that. Wikieditor101 (talk) 05:52, 15 April 2020 (UTC)

@Wikieditor101: If you don't want the Nielsen link generated, {{FMQ|WEQP}} will generate the FCC database link and {{FML|WEQP}} will generate the Radio Locator link.--Tdl1060 (talk) 06:04, 15 April 2020 (UTC)

Thank you! Unfortunately, as soon as you made the changes to the page, the user basically undid them. I just had to fix those, along with a slew of other issues that I didn't originally catch. I'm gonna need some help. After I made this edit, the user reverted it saying "I updated the page to the current information and with citations". The only thing he added was something from the station's website. He then said he was "cleaning up of auto-generated dead links", which is completely false. He created dead links with the Nielsen link he added and messed up the link on the FCC source.

After his revert, I issued a Warn2 warning and posted a reply on Mlaffs talk page (which he had replied to previously). I have a wicked migraine and I really need sleep. Help might not be needed after all. Kinda wish that didn't happen, but such is life. Kind of a crappy attitude for a supposed "teacher". If you wouldn't mind, could you watchlist that page? Thanks! I didn't get the ping for some reason. Not sure why, but the [[User:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]] templates and the templates aren't working for me right now. No clue. Anyway, I think the editor did, indeed, retire. Whether the user stays retired or comes back remains to be seen. Thanks for watchlisting the page. I went out hard when I signed off.
