Proposed deletion of Euro Aquae

The article Euro Aquae has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I've just had to cut most of this article for COPYVIO, and most of what it remains is unsourced, moderately promotional information about how the program is structured. Sourced to two SELFPUB links, one of which is dead. Would be an A7 if about a covered topic, and borders on G11 as stands.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
