Hi, again. As I've pointed out, there is simply nothing in this person'e article which establishes notability. There's a section called WP:PORN which will assist you in determining the guidelines. If he has verifiable third-party sources which can prove his notability, then by all means feel free to recreate the article. "Truth" isn't a criterion for inclusion, but "verifiability" is.
