The previous DRV was closed after five days, as permitted by policy. Your request to have another DRV now would probably be removed or "shouted down", given that it comes so soon after the first one. The best thing, I guess, is this: if you believe the previous debate was based on an "irrelevant premise," please tell me your own superior premise. If it seems reasonable to me, I'll reopen/restart the DRV myself.
