Proper mathematical notation edit

If you don't know how to code   or anything else in TeX or LaTeX or MathJax, you can google "latex symbols" and find out. If the less-than and greater-than symbols are used instead of angle brackets, then you see things like this:   when what was intended was this:  

I also did some other copy-editing of your new section, and in particular note that WP:MOS forbids capitalizing an initial letter merely because it's in a section heading; thus I changed Mathematical Basis to Mathematical basis, etc. Michael Hardy (talk) 23:23, 12 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
