Help
edit{{helpme}} I am having trouble understanding the distinction between "fact" and "advice." I THINK that what I am presenting are facts - such as the description of the current CDC policy on chemical disinfection of water. Can you help? Thank you.
Tom
- Hi. If all you are doing is stating what the CDC is saying, that should be fine. Please read WP:HOWTO; just make sure that you are not turning the article into a how-to manual. Could you provide me with some more specific examples of what you are trying to do?--Aervanath lives in the Orphanage 02:33, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Minor edits
editI've noticed you've been labeling your edits at Kent State shootings as "minor" edits. A minor edit is usually something like correcting spelling or punctuation or adjusting the size of a picture; basically a change that most wouldn't even notice. Adding text or moving sections aren't minor edits, just FYI. Please read WP:MINOR. --JonRidinger (talk) 19:57, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
- I have to agree 'TAHAWK' -- those certainly weren't minor adds! Perhaps you thought "m" as in "meaty"? (lol). Although, it sure would be nice to see some attribution noted on those bits -- can you add in some citation links to support those statements? --Chachap (talk) 21:11, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
