Here is my question: Can you do your own signature or does it do it for you?

Anytime you post anything on a talk page, you can put four tildes ( ~~~~) at the end, and it will automatically insert your username and the time and date (like mine at the end of this comment). If you want to design a custom signature (with different colours/styles/etc.), you can do that in your user preferences, but it requires a knowledge of HTML and/or wiki markup language. —P^urpleRA^IN 16:56, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
