Hi good evening, yes regarding your question according to the British Foreign Ministry and the visa requirements, it is true that citizens of UK can get a visa-on-arrival free-of-charge but only for tourist purposes. In addition, it only applies to those living in England, Scotland and Wales as BNO and British Overseas Territories Citizens are deemed ineligible for visa-on-arrival and must apply for E-Visa beforehand.
