edit

Hello, I'm Riverbend21. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Ravi Agrawal (film producer) seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Riverbend21 (talk) 15:32, 5 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Pintodog. I noticed that you recently removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Please review my changes as they are in as format of Wikipedia and in order of the year of films produced in ascending years. Have made the article more apt to read. Pls review the change Sunnyagrawal95 (talk) 18:37, 9 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hi! Thanks for your response. I've looked at your edits again, and most of them seem like you had good intent. However, many of your edits to that page mentioned that x film was 'critically acclaimed' without any citation or supporting evidence. This is against the WP:NPOV policy, as Riverbend pointed out. I would recommend that you have a read of that policy, and adjust your edits accordingly.
As for the removal of content from the page, I had a closer look at the edit history and it looks like it might have just been an accidental mistake.
Thanks again for taking the time to respond, and I hope you enjoy continuing to edit Wikipedia in the future. It can be a steep learning curve at first, but it can be very rewarding. You might wish to consider looking at a WikiProject, which is a group of editors working towards a common goal. You can find links to these by clicking on the 'talk' section of an article, or through the community portal (linked in the left hand sidebar).
