Contested deletion

This page should not be speedily deleted because...it is not a test. The page, I mean the article should not be deleted. I am notified that it is a test sandbox but no, this is not a test but a real article which I have created for my institution. I assert that the institution for which I have written the article have no other articles on Wikipedia.... please look once again, I hope for best advice and suggestion, thanks --Sultan Abdul sultan (talk) 16:49, 20 March 2021 (UTC)
